What is our philosophy when it comes to wine? It can be hard to find one’s own nisch - niche in Swedish - amongst the high-end wine restaurants in Stockholm, but we continue to aim high. Our sommelier puts all his passion and devotion into finding the most balanced, rich-in-flavour wines that will pair best with the food of our chef de cuisine.
Taste, style and message. Those are what count when we choose our wines. The wines represent a high spectrum of countries, regions and styles, and come from both famous and undiscovered but mostly small producers. What unites them is the aim for sustainability and the respect for Nature and biodiversity. We think that first and foremost biodynamic, but also other natural wine making, brings out the best in wine in terms of quality and character. We also think that both the vineyard and the wine need to be healthy; this benefits not only the environment but the consumer as well.
Our wine philosophy is in constant evolution. We believe that the customer will enjoy accompanying us in the eye-opening adventure of finding new and exhilarating tastes and stories that can only be experienced at our table.
